Technician hours: 7:00AM – 7:00PM {EST} Daily (including weekends).Administration hours: 7:30AM – 5:00PM {EST} STAT collections 24-hours.
Can I call Progressive Phlebotomy Services, LLC directly as the patient to place a house call request?
Yes, with a physician laboratory request. All patients MUST have a physician order.
Once Progressive Phlebotomy Services, LLC receives my order for a phlebotomy house call, how soon will I be scheduled?
If the order is received before 1:00PM {EST} during normal business hours, the patient is scheduled for the next business day {if requested}. Any orders received after 1:00PM {EST} will be scheduled within 48 hours.
What to expect after appointment has been scheduled?
The Technician will arrive at the established time and collect specimen as requested by ordering physician, along with insurance information.
How will I be billed?
The Laboratory will bill your insurance for lab testing. Progressive Phlebotomy Services charges a fee (patient bill) that is due at time of service for the actual mobile phlebotomy house call.
What form of payment is accepted for the mobile phlebotomy house call?
Cash, check or credit card.
Does Progressive Phlebotomy Services, LLC collect non-blood specimens?
Yes, Sometimes a physician will order (urine, stool or other fluid) testing.
Can I request the location for services be other than my home?
Yes, Progressive Phlebotomy Services technicians travel to work offices or any secure location.
Does Progressive Phlebotomy Services, LLC perform the testing on specimens?
No, Progressive Phlebotomy Services only performs the actual blood draw. Specimens are tested by a licensed and approved laboratory. Results are reported to the ordering physician by the laboratory.

Yes, We can provide phlebotomy services to nursing facilities and schools for the mentally challenged. Progressive Phlebotomy Services can also accommodate health fairs and company drug screenings.
